Former University Professor of Navigation Law at the Law School of the University of Buenos Aires. Former Head of Legal Affairs, Insurance and Claims of the shipping company Argentine Maritime Lines (E.L.M.A.) S.A. Former Deputy Secretary of the Latin American Association of Navigation (ALDEMAR). He worked as a lawyer in the Law Firm Mohorade Serravalle Mainero since 1998 -specialized in Transport Law and Insurance- becoming Partner since 2002. Member of the Editorial Committee of the specialized magazine “Ateneo del Transporte” (Transport Athenaeum). Deputy Secretary of the Argentine Association of Maritime Law. Academic Deputy Secretary of the Argentine Section of the Iberoamerican Institute of Maritime Law. Member of the Argentine Insurance Lawyers Club (Local Division of AIDA Association Internationale du Droit des Assurances). Speaker on issues related to Navigation Law in several conferences, courses and seminars, national and international. Professor at the National Nautical School in courses of promotion to Overseas Captains, Chief Engineers and Pilots. Professor of Commercial Maritime Law in the Master’s Program on Logistics of Regional Integration Projects at the Technological Institute of Buenos Aires (ITBA). Professor of Commercial Maritime, Transport and Insurance Law in the Austral University.
