Since 1990 a group of lawyers deeply interested in Transport Law -among them Dr. Horacio Mohorade and Dr. Leonardo Mainero, both partners in this firm-, have decided to endeavour to attain a goal: establishing an Institute to debate and diffuse matters related to such an important activity.
Trying also to reach a full scope of this field, going beyond partial approach, and without disregarding the peculiarities of each area, so as to provide each one of them with a balanced analysis, keeping in mind the development achieved thanks to the growing integration of the various modes: by land, railway, water, air and ducts.
